SHIPPING & HANDLING

SoCalHempCo.com accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received and expedited shipping orders, such as Priority and Express shipping, are elevated in priority to meet the delivery deadline. On occasion SoCalHempCo offers shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically. We ship to most countries worldwide via USPS for all domestic and international packages, unless otherwise specified.

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

$3.95 flat fee for domestic, all states within the USA (free shipping over $50)

$14.95 flat fee for all international countries we ship to worldwide (free shipping over $120)

The processing time for orders is 1-2 business days. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days, and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

Packages undeliverable by USPS and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.

Priority and Express orders placed before 1:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped out the same business day. Priority and Express orders placed after 1:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped out the next business day. The day an order ships does not count as a day in transit.
